Trash Service Monday, Oct 9
Patriot Disposal will run regularly scheduled trash service on Monday, Oct. 9 (Columbus Day & Indigenous Peoples’ Day).

2023 Board of Directors Election 
The Call for Candidates has CLOSED. Look for the Stone Ridge voting package in the mail this month with information on how to cast your vote for the 2023 Board of Directors Election. Remember, we need one vote from at least 10% of the homes in Stone Ridge to reach quorum. Sealcoating/Road Repairs in Stone Ridge
Sealcoating on private roads will continue until completed. Residents who will be impacted by road work will be notified directly. Updates to the paving schedule will be posted at stoneridgehoa.org/2023streetpaving as they become available.

Please make sure trash toters are placed on the curb by 6 AM on service days (Mon/Thurs).

Shocktoberfest at Greenstone 
Saturday, October 14, 3-6 PM | Greenstone Pool (41995 Greenstone Dr)

Stone Ridge’s favorite event of the year is back! Join us for live entertainment, Halloween costume contest, food and beverages, games, crafts and face painting! Kona Ice Truck and One Family Brewing Beer Trailer will also be on site. Free for all Stone Ridge residents. Non-residents will be charged $10/person (age 10 & up). Volunteers are needed to help with setup, breakdown & other responsibilities throughout the event. Click here to sign-up.

Get ready for the Stone Ridge Fall Community Yard Sale at the Greenstone Pool! $10/parking space for residents, $15 for non-residents. $25 for local businesses. Shredding service is FREE for Stone Ridge residents, please bring Stone Ridge/valid ID.

Fitness Center Etiquette
Please be mindful of others & respect the equipment when using the Fitness Center. Remember to wipe equipment using disinfectant when available & put equipment away when you have completed an exercise. If you notice the Fitness Center needs attention from the Association staff, please contact the office or submit a request via the mobile app.

Lost Bikes at the Association Office
The 2 bicycles pictured were found by our Operations staff. If you own these bikes, please pick them up as soon as possible at the Association office, 24605 Stone Carver Dr.

LCSO Enforcing Parking Laws
LCSO is enforcing parking ordinances throughout the community. Cars cannot be parked on the left side of the road facing traffic and cannot block sidewalks or driveways. Click here for more information and full list of parking ordinances (see Chapter 480.105 – Parking prohibited in specified places).
