Shocktoberfest at Greenstone THIS SUNDAY

$10 for non-residents age 10 & up
Due to inclement weather forecasted for Saturday, Shocktoberfest will now be SUNDAY, OCT. 15 from 3-6pm at the Greenstone Pool. Join us for live entertainment, Halloween costume contest, food and beverages, games, crafts and face painting! Kona Ice Truck and One Family Brewing Beer Trailer will also be on site.
Volunteers are still needed to help with setup, breakdown & other responsibilities throughout the event. Click here to sign-up.
Parking will be available across the street at Byrne’s Ridge Park and the Minnieland Academy. Residents can also park at Mercer MS & along Mineral Springs Circle.

2023 Board of Directors Election
Look for the Stone Ridge voting package in the mail later this month with information on how to cast your vote for the 2023 Board of Directors Election. Remember, we need one vote from at least 10% of the homes in Stone Ridge to reach quorum. We will provide updates once voting begins. Sealcoating/Road Repairs in Stone Ridge
Sealcoating on private roads will continue until completed. Residents who will be impacted by road work will be notified directly. Updates to the paving schedule will be posted at stoneridgehoa.org/2023streetpaving as they become available.
Please make sure trash toters are placed on the curb by 6 AM on service days (Mon/Thurs).
Northstar Ribbon Cutting & Opening – Oct 19
Residents are invited to attend a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of construction of Northstar Boulevard from Route 50 to Tall Cedars Parkway on Thursday, Oct. 19 at 11 AM. The event will take place near the intersection of Northstar Boulevard and Marrwood Drive. The new segment of Northstar Boulevard is scheduled to open to traffic following the event. Get ready for the Stone Ridge Fall Community Yard Sale at the Greenstone Pool! $10/parking space for residents, $15 for non-residents. $25 for local businesses. Shredding service is FREE for Stone Ridge residents, please bring Stone Ridge/valid ID.
Lost Bikes at the Association Office
The 2 bicycles pictured were found by our Operations staff. If you own these bikes, please pick them up as soon as possible at the Association office, 24605 Stone Carver Dr.
Place Leaves in Paper Bags, Curb on Mondays
Please make sure to make your final lawn cuts of the season. As fall quickly approaches, reminder that all leaves, yard clippings and any other yard waste must be placed in paper yard bags and placed on the curb on MONDAYS. Patriot will collect up to TEN yard waste bags not exceeding 50 pounds each on Mondays through December. Residents may also place yard waste un-bagged in a container marked ‘yard waste’.
