Board of Directors Election UPDATE
We have reached quorum in record time! Thank you to the residents who voted & participated in this year’s Board of Directors Election. We hope to see everyone at the Annual Meeting on Nov. 14 at Mercer MS.
There is still time to vote & enter in the raffle! Each household that votes will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win great prizes that include Washington Nationals tickets, goodie baskets, gift cards & much more! Voting packages were mailed to each home with instructions on how to vote along with candidate biographies & raffle information. Email reminders were also sent to residents (one per household) from invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com with online voting info. Contact the office if your household did not receive this email or if you have questions on how to cast your vote.
Association Office Phone Disconnected Tonight
The Association office will be servicing the phone system tonight and will be disconnected after 5 PM Thursday, Nov. 2. The office phone service will return 9 AM Friday.
Daylight Savings Ends, Fall Back Reminder
Don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour before going to sleep this Saturday, Nov. 4! It’s also a good time to check the batteries in your smoke alarms.
Cast Your Vote on Nov 7
The general election in Virginia on Nov. 7 will give Loudoun County voters the opportunity to participate in Virginia General Assembly elections along with elections for the county’s board of supervisors, school board, sheriff, commonwealth’s attorney, commissioner of the revenue and treasurer. Voter-specific information about registration, polling places and voting districts is available at vote.elections.virginia.gov. Questions may also be directed to the Loudoun County Office of Elections & Voter Registration by calling 703-777-0380.

DSFP & DSNC Donation Boxes
Boxes for donations to the Dulles South Food Pantry and Dulles South Neighborhood Closet are located at the Association office, 24605 Stone Carver Dr. Consider donating to help those in need this holiday season!
– DSFP is currently collecting food for Thanksgiving and plans to feed over 550 families. Residents can sign-up for specific items here.
– DSNC’s Annual Coat Drive will be collecting mens & womens coats, jackets, hats, gloves and scarves in all sizes until Nov. 15.
Opt-out of Etched in Stone Mail Delivery
The Association is required to send a copy of Etched In Stone to each resident, either by mail or electronically via email. By completing this form and returning it to the Association office or emailing the form to office@stoneridgehoa.org, you consent to receiving the EIS publication newsletter electronically via email.
