New Community Portal Launched
Stone Ridge has launched its new Community Portal powered by Frontsteps! If your email is on file with the Association, you received an email invitation with instructions on how to create your account. Invites were emailed on Wed, May 29. Please contact the Association office if you did NOT receive an email invitation (check your spam folder first).

The Community Portal will be connected to the current website, stoneridgehoa.org. Once you create your account, simply login via the website to access the Community Portal.

The Community Portal will enhance the current website, improve communications, streamline operations and offer more online capabilities for residents in the Stone Ridge Association. Please note the Community Portal is a separate system from the Stone Ridge Pool Pass.

Annual Lot Inspections – Upcoming Schedule
In a continued effort to keep Stone Ridge a visually appealing and well-maintained community, Association staff conducts annual lot inspections. These inspections are typically performed section by section. The inspection consists of a visual inspection of the exterior of each home to ensure routine exterior maintenance items are addressed in a timely manner. Lot files are also checked to confirm any improvements or enhancements have been approved by the Architectural Review Committee and follow the Governing Documents.

The following streets will be inspected in June & July: Clock Tower, Fremont Preserve, Geyser Peaks, Hornfels, Kings Canyon, Nettle Mill, Serpentine, Shells, Siltstone

Greenstone Courts Closed for Resurfacing
The resurfacing of the Greenstone tennis and basketball courts and installation of new LED lights at the tennis court began on May 2 and is expected to take around 45 days to complete, weather permitting.
