Stone Ridge Sharks Swim Team Registration

Annual Lot Inspections – Section 4
Inspections will begin next week on the following streets: Bear Tooth, Fiddlehead, Glacier Bay, Glass Mountain, High Plateau, Natural Bridge, Pepperbush, Prairie Grass, Stone Pillar and Wind River.
The inspection consists of a visual inspection of the exterior of each home to ensure routine exterior maintenance items are addressed in a timely manner. Lot files are also checked to confirm any improvements or enhancements have been approved by the Architectural Review Committee and follow the Governing Documents.
Tree Removal Requires ARC Approval
As a reminder, ARC approval is required to remove any large tree, either deciduous or evergreen whose trunk measures 4″ in diameter (or 12 1/2″ in circumference) when measured at a height of approximately 4 feet from the ground on your property.
Storywalk Journey Returns to Stone Ridge
March 25 – April 5 at pond next to Gum Spring Library
Loudoun Pediatric Obesity Coalition has partnered with the Loudoun County Library to bring the Story Walk Project to our community. The first story on display will be “Festival of Colors” by Kabir Sehgal and Surishtha Sehgal. Another story will be posted on April 6.
