Residents are invited to attend a community meeting hosted by Van Metre regarding the two properties under contract in and adjacent to Stone Ridge that they are proposing construction of additional homes and amenities. Grab a friend and come spend a fun evening creating a beautiful art masterpiece led by a skilled artist from The Painted Tiger Art Studio. $40/person includes everything you’ll need: an easel, apron, pre-stretched canvas, paint and brushes. Light refreshments will be provided (BYOB). This is a 21+ event. Deadline to register is March 15.

Harlem Wizards are Coming to Town!

Come out to watch the Harlem Wizards take on the teachers from Champe HS! This is fun, action-packed event for all ages. Kids 3 and under attend free. Doors open at 3 PM. This is not an Association hosted event. A percentage of the proceeds will support JCHS.
ARC Approval Required for ANY Exterior Changes
Reminder: Completing an Architectural Improvement Application and receiving approval by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is required for any type of exterior change to the home or landscape. These changes include but are not limited to security lights or cameras (excluding doorbell cameras like Ring), color changes, fences, patios and decks.
