A street sweeper will be visiting the community beginning next Tuesday, March 16 and finish on Wednesday, March 17 to remove the excess stone dust from the Association maintained streets. Please park your vehicles in your driveway and store trash cans. The street sweeper will not clear driveways.
REMINDER: Daylight Savings begin on Sunday, March 14. Make sure to set your clocks ahead 1 HOUR before you go to bed on Saturday night!

Time is running out to reserve your basket! Celebrate Easter with a delivered basket from the Easter Bunny! Each basket will cost $10 and will be delivered on April 3. Contents in basket may contain allergens. Sample basket pictured.
Annual Lot Inspections Begin Monday
Inspections will begin March 15 (weather permitting) on the following streets: Nettle Mill Square, Siltstone Square, Clock Tower Square, Fremont Preserve, Kings Canyon and Geyser Peaks Square.
The inspection consists of a visual inspection of the exterior of each home to ensure routine exterior maintenance items are addressed in a timely manner. Lot files are also checked to confirm any improvements or enhancements have been approved by the Architectural Review Committee and follow the Governing Documents.
