The concrete on the courts needs additional time to set before coating/lining can be done. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we undergo these necessary improvements to our amenities. Tennis courts are available at John Champe High School and Hal and Berni Hanson Park.

Update to Community Code #4 – Due Process Policy
The Board of Directors feels it is time to update Community Code #4 – Due Process Policy to remove the requirement to send the Second Notice using “Registered Return Receipt Requested” postage. This postage is required by law for the Hearing Notice, but there is no such law for the Second Notice. The Board is making this change to save the Association between $2,000-$4,000 per year in postage costs.
