Annual Lot Inspections – Upcoming Schedule
In a continued effort to keep Stone Ridge a visually appealing and well-maintained community, Association staff conducts annual lot inspections. These inspections are typically performed section by section. The inspection consists of a visual inspection of the exterior of each home to ensure routine exterior maintenance items are addressed in a timely manner. Lot files are also checked to confirm any improvements or enhancements have been approved by the Architectural Review Committee and follow the Governing Documents.

The following streets will be inspected in June & July: Clock Tower, Fremont Preserve, Geyser Peaks, Hornfels, Kings Canyon, Nettle Mill, Serpentine, Shells, Siltstone

Update to Community Code #4 – Due Process Policy
The Board of Directors feels it is time to update Community Code #4 – Due Process Policy to remove the requirement to send the Second Notice using “Registered Return Receipt Requested” postage. This postage is required by law for the Hearing Notice, but there is no such law for the Second Notice. The Board is making this change to save the Association between $2,000-$4,000 per year in postage costs.
