Annual Lot Inspections – Upcoming Schedule
In a continued effort to keep Stone Ridge a visually appealing and well-maintained community, Association staff conducts annual lot inspections. These inspections are typically performed section by section. The inspection consists of a visual inspection of the exterior of each home to ensure routine exterior maintenance items are addressed in a timely manner. Lot files are also checked to confirm any improvements or enhancements have been approved by the Architectural Review Committee and follow the Governing Documents.

The following streets will be inspected in June & July: Clock Tower, Fremont Preserve, Geyser Peaks, Hornfels, Kings Canyon, Nettle Mill, Serpentine, Shells, Siltstone

Greenstone Courts Closed for Resurfacing
The resurfacing of the Greenstone tennis and basketball courts and installation of new LED lights at the tennis court began on May 2. Due to weather and other unforeseen issues, the timeline for completion has been extended until the end of June. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we undergo these necessary improvements to our amenities. Tennis courts are available at John Champe High School and Hal and Berni Hanson Park.

Educational Podcast on Airport Noise & Safety
We recommend residents listen to the latest episode of “Noisy Skies” – a podcast exploring the complex issues governing aviation noise. The latest episode – The Art of the Possible – is all about the new noise provisions in the FAA Reauthorization Act. It’s important residents impacted by airport noise are educated on the topic to help our local leaders work with the FAA on reducing airport noise and increasing safety at Dulles in the future. Click here to listen.
