Please Leash & Pickup After Pets
According to Loudoun County Ordinances, it is unlawful for an owner to let a dog run at large, unleashed. Dog owners MUST keep dogs on a leash when they are off the owner’s property. It’s also unlawful for a pet owner to fail to clean up after his/her pet on any property (common area or residential) that is not the property of the dog owner.
