Snow Treatment & Removal
Treatment on private roads will begin this afternoon and continue until complete. Plowing on private roads will begin when 2 inches have accumulated. Within the Stone Ridge community there are several different entities who provide snow plowing services. Click here for a full listing of who plows each street. You can track VDOT plows & view live traffic cameras at www.vdotplows.org.
PARKING: Please park your car in your driveway or in a designated parking space. DO NOT PARK IN FIRE LANES. Cars parked on the street make the job much more difficult for the snow plows & you may have to deal with the task of digging your car out if it’s plowed in.
DRIVEWAYS: When you shovel your driveway, please toss the snow back into your yard – not in the street. Less snow helps the plows clear the streets more efficiently.
SIDEWALKS: Homeowners are responsible for clearing the sidewalk in front of their home.

Reset180 believes that prevention through awareness and education is extremely important in that mission. Please join Alton for a Human Trafficking 101 presentation on Jan. 31 at the Nettle Mill Clubhouse at 6:30 PM. These presentations empower the local community to not only help prevent local human trafficking in the community, but also help attendees identify and report it.
