Annual Lot Inspections Begin in March
In a continued effort to keep Stone Ridge a visually appealing and well-maintained community, Association staff will be conducting annual lot inspections starting in March. The covenants team will be inspecting every house to assure it is being properly maintained. These inspections are typically performed section by section.
The inspection consists of a visual inspection of the exterior of each home to ensure routine exterior maintenance items are addressed in a timely manner. Lot files are also checked to confirm any improvements or enhancements have been approved by the Architectural Review Committee and follow the Governing Documents.

LCSO “9 PM Routine”
Please help the LCSO stop “crimes of opportunity” by remembering to lock your vehicle doors and windows at night. LCSO wants you to get in the habit of making sure your vehicle and house doors/windows are locked. Please remember to report any suspicious activity by calling the non-emergency line 703-777-1021.
