Association Office Closed Monday
The Association Office will be closed Monday, Feb. 21 in observance of President’s Day. The office will re-open on Tuesday, Feb. 22 at 9 AM.
There will be NO IMPACT OF SERVICE for Patriot Disposal on Monday (President’s Day). Trash service will run as scheduled.
Family Bingo Night – Next Friday
We are looking forward to our first event of 2022! Registration for Bingo Night on Feb 25 is SOLD OUT. The activities committee is seeking a few more volunteers to help with registration, Click here to volunteer.
The date for the next Family Bingo Night has been changed to March 18. Registration will open the week of Feb 28. We anticipate this event will sell out again!

Upcoming Annual Lot Inspections
The covenants team will begin annual inspections the week of March 7, weather permitting. The following streets will be inspected in March: Bear Tooth, Black Hills, Calcite, Fiddlehead, Glacier Bay, Glass Mountain, High Plateau, Natural Bridge, Pepperbush, Prairie Grass, Pyrite, Sawtooth, Stone Pillar, Wind River

Avonlea Virtual Community Meeting Feb. 23
A new version of the Avonlea project has been proposed by Peterson Companies and was recently approved by the Planning Commission. In order for the public to better understand this proposal, Supervisor Letourneau is hosting a virtual community meeting with Peterson Companies on Wednesday, Feb. 23 at 7 PM.
