Annual Lot Inspections Begin in March
In a continued effort to keep Stone Ridge a visually appealing and well-maintained community, Association staff will be conducting annual lot inspections starting in March. The covenants team will be inspecting every house to assure it is being properly maintained. These inspections are typically performed section by section.

Avonlea Virtual Community Meeting Feb. 23
A new version of the Avonlea project has been proposed by Peterson Companies and was recently approved by the Planning Commission. In order for the public to better understand this proposal, Supervisor Letourneau is hosting a virtual community meeting with Peterson Companies on Wednesday, Feb. 23 at 7 PM. Northstar Extension Project Noise
Residents around Marrwood Drive and Arcola Elementary may hear noise from the Northstar extension project. Crews are currently working weekdays, 7 AM – 4 PM, clearing the project area of vegetation and establishing erosion and sediment controls. Click here for the last information.
