Let’s light up Stone Ridge with Holiday Spirit! The community will vote on our Facebook page here for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners for 3 categories: Single Family, Townhomes, and Condominium. Photos and video of your home’s decorations must be sent to esparkes@stoneridgehoa.org. Prizes will be awarded along with a sign to proudly display in your yard! Full contest rules can be found here.
SFMC Assessment Coupons Mailed
SFMC has mailed the monthly assessment coupons to all single-family and townhomes. Residents who have set up direct payment through SFMC will not receive the mailing coupons. Contact SFMC at 703-392-6006 x269 if you did not receive the mailing coupons by next week. Condominium residents must pay their monthly assessments directly to their property management company.

Remember the “9 PM Routine” this Holiday Season!
Please help the LCSO stop “crimes of opportunity” by remembering to lock your vehicle doors, windows and garage doors at night. LCSO wants you to get in the habit of making sure your vehicle and house doors/windows are locked. Please remember to report any suspicious activity by calling the non-emergency line 703-777-1021.
Dulles South Food Pantry Donation Box
Did you know that the Stone Ridge Association office is a drop-off location for the Dulles South Food Pantry? Clean out your cabinets and donate any non-perishable goods right at the office during regular office hours and help your community this holiday season!
