Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony THIS SATURDAY
December 3, 6 PM | Mineral Springs Circle

Our Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony at Mineral Springs Circle will take place on Dec. 3 at 6 PM! Performances by the Arcola Elementary School Chorus. Residents can place ornaments on the tree anytime starting Nov. 28. Help is needed for setup, floating and breakdown. Click here to sign-up.

Let’s light up Stone Ridge with Holiday Spirit! There are three categories: Single Family, Townhomes, and Condominium. 1st, 2nd and 3rd winners in each category. Photos and video of your home’s decorations must be sent to esparkes@stoneridgehoa.org by Dec 15. Prizes will be awarded along with a sign to proudly display in your yard! Madhava Madireddy Named Dulles Planning Commissioner
Stone Ridge’s Madhava “Reddy” Madireddy was nominated by Supervisor Matt Letourneau as the new Dulles District Planning Commissioner. The Planning Commission provides recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on issues concerning land development ordinances, comprehensive planning, future land use policies, and the County’s Capital Improvements Program. Madhava was reelected as our Vice President this fall and has served on our Board since 2019. Congratulations Reddy!

20th Anniversary Logo Contest
Stone Ridge is turning 20 in 2023 & we are looking for our residents to create our 20th Anniversary logo! Open to ALL Stone Ridge residents. The winning logo will appear on all 20th Anniversary Celebration materials, event t-shirts and promotional items. Submissions will be accepted through Dec. 15. Click here for more information.

Calling all green thumbs! Do you love our beautiful community landscaping or have an interest in learning more about plants, gardening and maintaining property? Loudoun County Youth Survey 
The Loudoun County Advisory Commission on Youth (ACOY) is conducting a survey to gather information that will help inform county leaders when making decisions about services and programs designed to meet the needs of young people in the community. The survey is intended for youth in Loudoun County ages 13-22 and their parents or guardians. Community Town Hall Meeting on Name Change for Mercer MS, Other Loudoun Schools 
Thursday, December 8, 7 PM | Mercer Middle School Auditorium (42149 Greenstone Dr)

The Loudoun County School Board is considering changing school names that do not reflect the School Board’s values of inclusion and diversity and is seeking public comment. The first two school names to be considered are Mercer MS and Frances Hazel Reid ES. Citizens may attend the Dec. 8 public meeting and/or submit comments to lcpsplan@lcps.org.
