Design & Maintenance Standards UPDATED
The Board of Directors, Architectural Review Committee and Staff have updated Community Code No. 1: Maintenance & Design Standards, to clarify the existing guidelines and add new guidelines to conform to changes since the last update in 2017. Along with specific additions, the updated guidelines make it easier to find the different sections for any exterior changes to the home and lot and make it clear when an application is needed.

Easter Bunny Basket Delivery THIS SATURDAY
Residents who purchased baskets, please be aware the Easter Bunny and our team of volunteers will be delivery baskets to the address listed on the registration between 9am-Noon.

Spring Cleaning Time! Bring your toys, books, clothes, furniture and more. This year we will also have a shred company onsite to do all of your document shredding. This service is FREE for Stone Ridge residents (just bring an ID). NO registration required for shoppers or document shredding.
The Cupcake Mafia food truck will be on site plus a moonbounce for kids!

Stone Ridge Association is excited to bring back one of it’s most popular events, our annual Wine Tasting and Casino Night. Join us for an evening of fun casino games and wine tastings. There will be prizes and tons of fun! This is a Masquerade Night, so please wear your best mask for a chance to win a prize. Enjoy delicious food from Merone’s Catering and entertainment from BLM Entertainment and Bach to Rock South Riding. Registration closes April 21.

Patriot Disposal – Yard Waste Service
Patriot has started yard waste collection on Mondays. Please remember all yard waste must be placed in paper lawn bags on the curb and not exceed 50 pounds each. Click here for more information on Patriot’s yard waste service.
Opt-out of Etched in Stone Mail Delivery
Did you know you can opt-in to ONLY receiving our Etched in Stone publication electronically? The Association is required to send a copy to each resident, which now can either be by mail or email. By completing this form and returning it to the Association office or emailing the form to office@stoneridgehoa.org, you consent to receiving the EIS publication newsletter electronically via the email listed on the form.
