Stone Ridge Parking Policy
Some residents have noticed the new towing enforcement signs placed at the entrances of the townhome sections. These signs have been placed because of a county ordinance that requires them for private streets where the association has authority to tow. On average, Stone Ridge Association has towed one vehicle per year from the private streets, but notification to correct the issue was given in advance per governing documents.

Please know this is not a change in policy, but compliance with an existing county ordinance.
