Stone Ridge Today- Nov. 19th

Annual Meeting was a Success

Thanks to everyone who voted ahead of time, we received 412 online votes alone.  We needed 350 to meet quorum to hold the Annual Meeting, so again thank you for taking the time to vote!   Residents heard from Captain T.J. DeLitta with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, Meg Phillips with the Dulles South Food Pantry, and Suzanne Lyles and Sam Woodard, parent liaisons with Loudoun County Public Schools.  For residents who were not able to attend the Zoom meeting, the recording will be posted on our website soon.

Congratulations to Christie Nader and Jamel Sparkes for being re-elected to the Board of Directors with three-year terms!

A very big “THANK YOU” to the following residents who volunteered their time to help make the 2020 Annual Meeting a success: Todd Rogers, Kevin Boteler, Meredith Hannan, Sam Shareef, Maribeth Bluyus, and Directors: Ray Day, Madhava Madireddy, Christie Nader, and Mike Rhodes.  Your help was invaluable!

Holiday Tree

It is almost time to decorate the community holiday tree on Mineral Springs Circle (near the Covered Bridge). The lights will be ready next week, we just need the community to make their ornaments and help us decorate it! Showcase your hobbies, culture, or favorite sports teams. The ornaments do not have to be holiday related.

Residents may place their ornaments on the tree starting next Friday, November 27th. Please no political, explicit, or vulgar ornaments.
