Assessments

All single family and townhome owners, who do not participate in the Direct Debit program through SFMC, should have received their new 2021 coupon books. If you have not received a coupon book, please contact Ty Tyson with SFMC at 703-392-6006 Ext. 206 or ttyson@sfmcinc.com to request a new book.

If you are a condominium owner, please reach out to your management company.  The 2021 rates and financial management company contact information can be found on the Stone Ridge Website – stoneridgehoa.org.

Direct Debit Program

For single-family and townhome homeowners who participate in the direct debit program, as a reminder, the assessments automatically withdrawn from the checking or savings account will change for 2021. Please adjust your personal financial records to reflect the new assessment amount.

Online Bill Paying Service

Owners who make monthly assessment payments using their own online bill paying services through their financial institution must notify the service of the new monthly rate effective January 1, 2021.  Please note: You are responsible for any late fees that may accrue for not paying the correct rate.

Christmas Tree Collection

Trees will be collected on the first two Mondays in January (4th & 11th) and must be free of all decorations. Christmas trees should not be placed out for pickup in plastic bags.  Loudoun County offers locations for residents to drop off their Christmas trees for recycling. The closest site to Stone Ridge is the one at South Riding Town Hall in the rear parking lot next to the tennis court at 43055 Center Street, South Riding, Virginia 20152.

LCPS Bike Donation Program

Can you help make a child happy with the gift of a bike? Do you have a used bike that you would like to get rid of?  The Loudoun County Public Schools are giving away donated bikes to deserving elementary age students.  The Maverick Bikes & Cafe at 32c Catoctin Circle, Leesburg, is accepting used bikes for this program.

If you are wondering if your bike is in good enough condition, call them at

703-777-6126.  LCPS does not pick up and deliver bikes to Maverick.  Thank you for your generosity!
