The incentives are funded through the I-66 Commuter Choice Program, which is a partnership between the Northern Virginia Transportation Commission, of which Loudoun is a member, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Loudoun County will announce additional incentives for new carpools, new vanpools and new commuter bus riders in the coming weeks.
