Dear Residents,

We had a pool staff member report they tested positive for COVID-19 this morning. We are working on additional staff testing, getting staff/resident data for contact tracing and notifications, and we will keep pools closed until we have worked through this process.

On Saturday July 25th at 9:20 AM we received a phone call from our pool management company stating they needed to close the pools because one of their staff members tested positive for COVID-19.  We very much appreciate NVPools’ dedication to helping us keep our residents and staff members safe by making this decision.  Throughout the day NVPool staff and management have been at our pools doing additional disinfecting of ALL areas.

We will be in contact with those residents who were at the pools while a guard who tests positive was on duty.  We are working closely with NVPools to compare pool staff schedules and the resident check-in system.  It may be later in the day Sunday July 26th before the residents who visited the pool will be contacted.

Currently the pool reservation system has been put on hold until the pools are re-opened which is why you may only see limited events available.

The members of Stone Ridge Board of Directors have been in frequent contact with me throughout the day and are assisting staff as we work through this situation. We would like to assure our residents that we will take every precaution possible to help maintain your safety at the pools.
