Tomorrow, July 1st, Virginia will enter Phase Three of the Virginia Forward Safer at Home plan. What this means for Stone Ridge residents is that all three pools will be available for restricted open swim, but entry will be by reservation only!
In order to use the swimming pools this summer, you must use the new online reservation system, CourtReserve, to schedule pool usage. A valid membership ID is still required for entry and must be presented at the pool to check in for your reservation. *Please note, if you do not have a reservation through CourtReserve you will be turned away at the gate. This policy will be strictly enforced due to usage limitations and social distancing requirements.
In order to use the new online reservation system, you must be registered in the database. By noon tomorrow, July 1, 2020,one member from each household that the Association has an email on file for will receive a a second email from noreply@courtreserve.com welcoming them to the reservation website. If you do not receive this email, please contact the us at office@stoneridgehoa.org. Please be sure to include your property address in the email so we may assist you faster.
The Association thanks everyone that has already registered through CourtReserve. Please be aware you will receive the email as well, but there is no need to do anything since you are all set up.
If you are planning to visit a swimming pool this holiday weekend and need assistance with registering on CourtReserve, or are in need of a membership ID, please call the Association office at 703-327-5179 or email, office@stoneridgehoa.org on Wednesday or Thursday.
The Association office will be CLOSED on Friday, July 3rd, in observance of Fourth of July.
