2020 Association Fee Structure
|Home Style||Monthly Assessment|
|Savannah Collection Single Family||$150.07 1|
|Cedarwood Single Family Homes||$143.04 1|
|Stone Mill Corner & Summerwalk Condominiums||$94.17 3|
|Amber Springs, CentrePark, Mercer Park, and Stone Springs Condominiums||$71.00 3|
1 Savannah and Cedarwood Single Family homeowners pay a higher HOA fee because yard maintenance is included in their monthly dues.
2 Loudoun County considers streets in Townhouse residential areas to be private. Therefore, townhouse owners pay an increased fee to the HOA to cover the cost of goods and services not provided by the county (e.g., snow removal and other private street related services and maintenance). Townhome owners also pay into reserves, which ensures that future maintenance and repairs to the private streets will be done, thereby maintaining property values.
3 Condominium owners have access to all Stone Ridge Amenities. Condo owners only make one monthly assessment payment to their management company. Then the management company will pay $71.00 per unit per month to the Stone Ridge Association to cover use of amenities. Questions regarding the condominium assessment fee should be directed to them.
