  • Stone Carver Pool – Located at 24605 Stone Carver Drive, (703) 542-2279

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE POOLS?

Pool hours vary depending on if school is in session or out on summer break, holidays, the Sharks Swim Team schedule, and special events. Click here to view pool hours. Events that may impact the pool schedule can be found here.

WHAT ARE THE POOL RULES?

Pool rules are in place to ensure the safety of all residents enjoying the pools. The entire pool rules (Community Code 9B) can be found here.

HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE POOL?

Pool passes are NOW ONLINE. Instructions on how to set up your online account for member pool passes and purchasing guest passes can be found here. Once your pool pass has been approved, simply provide the lifeguard your name, address, email or phone number and they will check you in.

Your fitness access card (membership ID) will also allow access into the pools, however does not allow access for family or guests. Old pool pass cards from previous summers will also continue to work.

IF I CREATED AN ONLINE POOL PASS LAST SUMMER, DO I NEED TO SUBMIT AGAIN?

NO, if you created an online account in previous summers – no further action is required. If you forgot your password, click here & select “Forgot Password.”

RENTERS: Please make sure you have an up-to-date Memorandum of Lease form on file at the Association office. Expired forms will result in pool pass accounts being deactivated.

DOES EVERYONE NEED A POOL PASS?

Anyone 5 years of age or older is required to have a pool pass. If you are a tenant, you are required to have an updated Memorandum of Lease on file at the Association office in order to obtain access to the pool.

CAN I SET UP MY POOL PASS ON MY PHONE?

Yes! Download or update the “Stone Ridge HOA” app from your app store. The app has several special features, including access to our pool pass portal here. You can also directly visit the portal here using your mobile browser.

Instructions on how to set up your online account for member pool passes and purchasing guest passes can be found here.

MAY I BRING GUESTS TO THE POOLS?

Yes, but guest pool passes are required.

A guest pool pass is required for entry into the pool area, even if the guest does not swim. If you plan on having more than three visitors this summer, you may purchase additional guest pool passes at the rate of $3 per entry/per person (i.e., If you have 2 guests with you, you will need 2 guest passes). All guests must be accompanied by a member 16 years of age or older, and the number of guests is limited to five per household, per day. Pool guests under the age of 5 do not require a guest pass. All pool guests must sign in at the pool desk upon arrival.

With the new online pool pass system you are now able to purchase guest passes here. After you have set up your online account and logged in for the first time you will notice you have 3 guest passes loaded onto your account. These are your 3 complementary guest pool passes that you receive annually. You are no longer required to pick up your complimentary guest pool pass card at the Association office. In fact, setting up an online pool pass account is the only way you can get your complementary guest passes.

The guards will have access to your online guest pool pass balance. They will be able to deduct the number of guest passes you are using that date. Under the resident dashboard you will have the ability to see the activity on your account for the last 7 days.

WHAT IF WE HAVE RELATIVES VISITING WHO WISH TO TAKE OUR KIDS TO THE POOL?

If you have relatives visiting that would like to take members of your household under 16 to the pool on your behalf, you are welcome to contact the Association office and request a Resident Authorization form.  The Resident Authorization form is required to be signed off on by an Association staff member. This form gives the exception to the rule since members under 16 are not allowed to bring guests.

WHAT IS PROPER SWIM ATTIRE?

All persons who use the pool must wear appropriate swim attire such as a bathing suit. Loose-fitting or untucked shirts are not permitted to be worn in the swimming pool. Incontinent persons are required to wear swim diapers. Children who are not toilet trained must wear cloth diapers with rubber pants or specifically designed swim-diapers underneath appropriate swimwear such as a bathing suit. Regular disposable diapers that are not permitted to be worn in the pools.

Non-compliance with this provision will result in a requirement that the child in question and parent, guardian, childcare provider or Responsible Person leave the pool area until proper attire is obtained and worn at the pool.
