Food Truck Tuesdays
Starting next Tuesday, the food trucks will be back in the community through the end of October! No more stressing about cooking dinner on Tuesday evening! Mark your calendars for every Tuesday evening and place your pre-orders. Pre-orders can be made 5 days prior to the event.

Annual Lot Inspections: In a continued effort to keep Stone Ridge a visually appealing and well-maintained community, Association staff will be conducting annual lot inspections.
- Inspections will begin in early March
- Check that your siding, steps, walkways, and fence are clean and free of any residue build up. Check for any damaged or rotted trim board around windows, doors, and roof line. If there is any major discoloration on any exterior surface, please paint the entire affected surface so that it is uniform and consistent in color.
- Please also note any types of exterior changes require approval from the Architectural Committee.
Regular routine maintenance and some TLC of your home keeps the value up and prevents future issues that could be costly!
