New Community Portal Coming Soon – Frontsteps

The Board of Directors has approved the Communications Committee’s recommendation to begin utilizing the Frontsteps Community Portal. The Association’s new Community Portal powered by Frontsteps will enhance the current website, improve communications, streamline operations and offer more online capabilities for residents in the Stone Ridge Association.

Homeowners and tenants are encouraged to sign-up for the new community portal. Don’t worry, the process to sign-up is quick and easy! If your email is on file with the Association, you will get an email invitation with instructions on how to create your account. If you do not receive an email invitation, please contact the Association office. Invites will be sent in mid-May.

The community portal will be connected to the current website, stoneridgeahoa.org. Even if you have a current login for the website, you will need to create a new account and sign-up. Once you create your account, simply login via the website to access the portal.

This new platform will be launched in phases with more capabilities, features, tools and more coming soon in the next few months.

PLEASE NOTE ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS CANNOT BE MADE THROUGH THE STONE ASSOCIATION COMMUNITY PORTAL. YOU MUST SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT WITH SFMC, OR YOUR CONDO MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO MAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS, CHECK BALANCE, etc.
