PAVING NOTICE:  Eastview

ATTENTION Stone Ridge East View  RESIDENTS

The Summer Season is almost here and so is the street paving schedule.  Here are a few tips for safe travel throughout the community during this much anticipated time.

1)  Plan your route.  There will be delays getting to and from your property as paving progresses so please be patient and plan ahead.

2)  Please, do not drive through fresh primed tack coat or fresh unrolled asphalt!  Besides causing damage to the pavement and delaying the paving process, the undercarriage of your car will suffer – along with your paint job!

3)  Please, wait for directions from the paving crew before proceeding!  We distribute this Information in advance to help minimize, your discomfort of fresh tar all over your vehicle(s) also the possible tracking onto the CONCRETE APRON DRIVEWAYS.

4)  Vehicles will not be permitted to park on the streets during the working hours of this operation. please remove your vehicles.

Between the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on

The scheduled paving dates.  Please stay parked in

Your driveway or park on other streets that are

Finished or are out of the work zone.

All vehicles left in the work zone. Will be towed and relocated

The information above is intended to assist you while traveling throughout the Community as work progresses during the day.  If you have questions or comments, please contact VAN METRE at (703-348-5824) or Homeowners Association (703-327-5179)   Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

APRIL15th thru APRIL 17TH STREET PAVING of the following, Bradford Forest Dr, Coventry Grove Ct, Lancaster Woods Sq., Durham Field Terrace, Abney Woods Dr. Leeds Field Dr.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET FROM

7 AM UNTIL PAVING OPERATION IS COMPLETE.

ANY VEHICLES PARKED ON THE STREET AT THE START OF THIS PAVING OPERATION WILL BE TOWED TO Bradford Forest

Superior Paving will pave all streets in Eastview starting Monday, April 15th thru the 17th weather permitting.  They will start by spraying the streets with a liquid that binds the new asphalt to the old and fills voids in the base asphalt.

It is safe to drive on the street before paving starts if this liquid is not down, but we encourage you not to drive up the street and then pull into your driveway with this liquid on your tires because it will stain your driveway.  This will not be a concern after paving is complete.

You may experience brief delays, but at no time will you be blocked from entering or leaving your home or the neighborhood.  Please do not schedule any large deliveries on this day.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION
