Re: Account Numbers
At the end of 2017, homeowners were notified that the Stone Ridge Association’s financial management company, SFMC, was upgrading accounting software. This caused account numbers to change effective, January 1, 2018.
It was brought to our attention not all homeowners who use online bill pay with their bank to pay their assessments changed their account number in their system. However, this hasn’t been an issue as SFMC still has the previous account numbers and have been processing the payments correctly.
Over the last few days, homeowners who have received their 2020 coupon books have noticed their account numbers are not the same as in the past.
We are asking homeowners who use online bill pay through their bank to check and update their account number to avoid any issues in the future.
