Architectural Review Committee Decisions for October

ARCHITECTURAL 

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) assists residents with exterior modifications or improvements to their lots. Homeowners occasionally will make exterior modifications, such as, adding a patio, a deck, all season room, a fence to a lot to add value to their property and add curb appeal.

The ARC acts on all applications submitted for approval. Residents are welcome to attend an ARC meeting, which are held on the second and fourth Wednesday every month at the Stone Carver Conference Room at 7 PM.
